The house is locatetd above Seis but is also close to the village center. It is peaceful location providing a breathtaking view of Schlernmassiv and Rosszaehne.
The house is surrounded by a large garden where parking is also possible. It is only a 2 minutes walk to the village center and a bus stop is also close by and at your disposal.
Seis is an ideal spot for enjoying long walks and hiking, as it is merely 5 km from the famous Seiser Alm.
The vacation apartment was renvated in 2015. It is located on the third floor and is constructed from a living room with a kitchenette, bedroom and a bathroom. In total the apartment is 40 sq meters.The over view of both rooms are of a similar style and fully furnished. The living room is a comfortable setting combining wood panelling with bay windows, through which you can enjoy a dreamlike panoramic view.
The apartment accommodates two people comfortable, however a third person or a child can easily sleep in the living room on the pull out couch (sofa bed). A smaller child can be accommodated for be putting a child’s size bed in the bedroom. CAUTION: NO SMOKING!
Arrival is from 16 clock, departure to 10 clock.
